Thank you Patricia Joyce for sending new table top

I received the damaged table top and I contacted flexispot. Patricia Joyce took care of my issue. I sent her the photos of the damage product and she process the request to send a new table top. Happy with the communication, speed, and smooth experience.

Excellent customer service & products

I order the Dual Monitor Mount D5D/F8LD for my husband and Fedex lost it. I contacted customer service and Joy Landon right away issue a replacement item for me. She has very helpful, kept in communication with me. The dual monitor mount is a great product.

A bit mixed

I had a bit of a mixed experience when needing to get a replacement piece for my desk. The first person to answer asked for my order number and after I said "one second" they hung up on me (different from second call; don't know the name). However my second call was both fast and helpful by Lambert, and with in minutes had the replacement piece I needed set to be shipped.

Quick and Easy Customer Support

I called the customer support line and Patricia Joyce was kind enough to help me get my incorrect order canceled. It barely took five minutes and she was very nice!

Dissatisfying customer service, never did get my desk

I ordered my new desk over the holidays and received tracking information saying it would be delivered on December 30, just enough time to put it together before I went back to work on January 4. It didn’t get to the local UPS distribution center until the 30th, to be delivered on the 31st, still plenty of time. But on the 31st UPS only put one of the boxes on the truck, and the base for my desk arrived that afternoon. The other package, my desk top, was marked delayed until Jan 4. OK, it’s disappointing, but it’s the holidays, there’s a pandemic, I can deal with delays.
On Monday the 4th I saw the UPS truck pull up, and a couple minutes later saw them pull away. Stuck in a meeting I checked the tracking, and it said “The receiver has canceled the product order and refused delivery” which was absolutely not true – my husband was in the living room, they never even knocked on the door. So I called UPS and asked them to please tell that driver to bring my desk top back, I did not refuse delivery. But they refused to help, saying maybe the seller cancelled my order, so I had to call them about it.
So I called and spoke to Benedic. He put me on hold to contact UPS, and came back to tell me that he’d asked them to deliver the package, and if they didn’t deliver it in 24 hours he would ship out a replacement. He seemed very nice.
When I had not heard anything by Friday the 8th, I called again. This time I spoke to Rodel, who was also very nice and very apologetic. He could see from the tracking that the first desk top was on it’s way back to them. He said a replacement would ship out in 24-48 hours. But it was a Friday, so I really wasn’t expecting to hear anything until at least Monday.
On Monday I checked UPS, and the original desk top had been returned to Flexispot. On Tuesday UPS showed that a shipping label had been printed for my replacement. On Wednesday, Rodel emailed me that same tracking number, and UPS expected to deliver it to me on Friday …..here we go, I’m finally going to get my desk!
On Friday it had not moved yet. I emailed Rodel, he said he was looking into it. The following Monday it still hadn’t moved, so I emailed Rodel, he said tracking showed it was ready to ship, he was working with the shipping specialist. For the next few days he didn’t respond to my increasingly frustrated emails – he finally got back to me on Friday, Jan 22 that he had been on vacation, and please give him 24 hours to get my desk top shipped.
On Monday Jan 25 I asked Rodel to order me another desk top, as clearly the one a shipping label had been printed for was not going to ship. At this point he finally told me the finish I wanted was out of stock, but if I wanted to pick a different finish for my desk top he would get it shipped out right away.
I didn’t want a different finish, I had selected that finish to go with other furniture in the room. Instead I requested a refund and to return the base that had been delivered. I asked that he let me know when they would be coming to pick it up, because I needed to tape it back up and move back down to the first floor before they came, he said he would let me know.
This afternoon FedEx showed up unexpectedly to pick up the base. I quickly taped the box back up and lugged it down the stairs, thankfully I was able to manage by myself as my husband had left for work, which is why I needed to know when they would be coming to pick it up!
Reading through the reviews before I purchased it appeared that most customers were quite satisfied, and even when they had issues the customer service from Flexispot was excellent enough to resolve the issues quickly. Unfortunately this was not my experience with Flexispot. While everyone was apologetic and very nice, nobody was able to actually help me get the desk I had paid for, and when I gave up and returned the part that had been delivered they couldn’t even let me know when FedEx was coming to pick it up so that I could have it ready for them.
I can't speak to the quality of the product, I never even took the base out of the box.

Great Customer Service from Angel

I received a computer riser and the keyboard attachment was damaged. I spoke with Angel and she was terrific. Super thorough and knowledgeable. Will order again based on her response.
